Welcome The Treasury reports directly to the Honourable Financial Secretary. There are thirteen members of staff. The Accountant General heads the department. One staff member works solely on the Montserrat Government Savings Bank counter services, three staff members work in the area of pensions and payroll, One staff member works in the area of receipt of revenue counter services, four work in computer services, one in reception/secretarial services and the remaining two work in the area of financial management, reconciliation, management reporting and higher level analysis.
